Teresa Pintaudi, physiotherapist
About me

Teresa Pintaudi,
physiotherapist.

My practice is born from the meeting of clinical reasoning, orthopaedic manual therapy and therapeutic exercise. Every visit is a moment of listening, assessment and shared decision-making.

I want to help you make sense of what you feel: when pain appears, what changes it, which movements you can recover and which strategies stay useful even outside the practice.

Training

Training focused on musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

In my work I focus specifically on disorders of the muscles, joints and spine: neck and low-back pain, shoulder restrictions, post-traumatic recovery, stiffness and pain that tends to recur.

The OMPT qualification, earned through the Master's in Musculoskeletal and Rheumatological Physiotherapy at the University of Bologna (IFOMPT-recognised), lets me combine clinical tests, manual techniques, education and progressive exercise. The goal is not only to reduce the symptom, but to make the journey more understandable and manageable.

Simple values guide my choices: listening to the person, attention to scientific evidence, respect for biological timeframes and concrete goals to carry into daily life. My Master's thesis, on manual therapy in cervical radiculopathy, received the 1st prize for best Master's thesis at AIFI Sicily 2026.

Let's take the first step towards recovery.

Every journey starts with listening. Tell me what you're going through, the difficulties you face each day and the goals you want to reach.

Through a thorough assessment we'll build together a personalised path aimed at restoring movement, function and quality of life.
